| Refund Policy |
- Payment Online
- We DO NOT refund any successful subscription.
- If a customer has accidently subscribed twice (paid twice) for the one account because they were unaware that the payment was successful in the first attempt, they can write in to us using the Feedback module and we will process a refund for them. This refund may take up to 1 month to process.
- Payment Offline
- We DO NOT refund any payments that we have received offline.
